Gin Fizz cocktail, with Edinburgh Elderflower gin

Cameron from The Boozy Cow in Dundee talks us through how to make a Gin Fizz cocktail, using Edinburgh Elderflower gin.

What you need:

Elderflower gin 50ml
Lemon juice 25ml
Prosecco

How to:

Add gin and lemon into a Boston shaker

Give a hard shake and pour into champagne flute

Layer and top with Prosecco

Garnish with lemon peel tuile
