White Lady cocktail, with Rock Rose gin

Jon from The Boozy Cow in Dundee talks us through how to make a White Lady cocktail, using Rock Rose gin.

What you need:

Rock Rose 40ml
Triple Sec 20ml
Lemon juice 20ml
Gomme 10ml
Egg white 10ml

How to:

Add all ingredients into a Boston shaker and shake without ice for 30 seconds.

Add ice and shake for a further 30 seconds.

Double strain into glass and garnish with dehydrated orange.
