Earn top marks at Fever-Tree Gin School

Starting from tomorrow, ascend to a higher plane of knowledge… by drinking at gin school. For purely academic reasons. Ahem.

Fever-Tree has brought its superb school back again after its sell out run last summer. If you enroll, future members of the class of 2017 will be guided through a gin tasting and blending experience.

Before any major wisdom is imparted, students will enjoy a gin and Fever-Tree tonic on arrival. The syllabus of Fever-Tree’s gin school includes two major gin goals. To get down to business, the first lesson is to feel out your palette. Learn which gins give you joy and then how you can bring them to life with the best tonic. It’s a tough lesson, but I think we’d manage.

Then students will channel their inner master distiller to create a totally unique gin. You’ll be able to take home 500ml of your own gin for further research.

Unfortunately, this opportunity is just for London based gin fiends. But worry not! Our readers in Scotland can give distilling a go at Eden Mill’s Blendworks Experience.

The gin school is running for six weeks from 9 December onwards.

Fever-Tree Gin School is available for booking from £45 per person
