This gin fizz cocktail combines three of our favourites: raspberry, gin and sparkling wine. The sweetness of the raspberry adds a unique twist to the usual glass of champagne.
It would be perfect for a special occasion such as a graduation, party or engagement toast. Just pop in a fresh raspberry as a garnish and serve in a champagne flute for that extra special touch. Cheers!
25ml Edinburgh Gin’s Raspberry Liqueur
Garnish – fresh raspberry
1. Add liqueur to a champagne flute.
2. Top up with Prosecco.
3. Garnish with a fresh raspberry.
