Beautifully designed gin chocolate is the way to go in 2018

Ever heard of gin chocolate?

From the sea salt flecked to the chili infused, flavoured chocolate is no stranger to guest star ingredients. Gin flavoured chocolate, on the other hand, ain’t your run of the mill Chocolate Orange. Especially when the packaging is this pretty.

The Coco Gin and Tonic bar is a stunner. The Edinburgh based chocolatier embedded tangy lime and lemon oils into 60% Colombian single origin dark chocolate.

We’d be remiss not to mention the juniper oil which is said to reveal itself for a sharp G&T like finish. It even comes with accolades, including a Great Taste Award 2014 star.

Although this is Coo’s only gin chocolate, their other flavoured chocolates remind us of some popular gins of late.

The Raspberry & Vanilla Bean White Chocolate could be a dead ringer for McQueen White Chocolate Raspberry Edition Gin. And not to mention gin and tea fusions, their dark chocolate Earl Grey Tea & Bergamot is totally on trend.

Better still, this G&T chocolate can be enjoyed by everyone, vegans included. The artisan chocolatier specialises in ethnically traded, organic and artist collaborative chocolates.

Treat yourself and do some good at the same time. What are you waiting for?

Coco Chocolatier Gin & Tonic 60% (80g) is available in person at Coco shops and online for £4.50 and Amazon for £5.99
