Gin bottomless brunch is sweeping Manchester & Dublin

Like many other wildly popular food trends, the concept of bottomless brunch swept in from across the pond. No longer content to stick to expected traditional limits to, say, time or volume, bottomless brunch is for the seriously dedicated.

It could only be so long before restaurants added gin to the mix. So, it’s pretty much about time!

Last month avid foodies welcomed the news of a boozy brunch with a view at Manchester’s Cloud 23. Now Zozimus Bar in Dublin has joined the club with an all you can drink brunch replete with gin and tonics.

For 39.99 a head on Saturdays, foodies can tuck into one main and unlimited drinks. Pick from classics like an eggs benedict to the more unusual American-influenced southern fried chicken waffles or hot wings with Roquefurt dip. Yum!

That’s right, bottomless G&Ts, prosecco by the glass and more drinks than you could shake a stick at. The full bottomless brunch cocktails includes the Zozimus Bellini, cosmopolitans, coco banana coladas and espresso martinis. The best part is that you can have all of the above.

Cloud 23 offers ‘Breakfast in the Clouds’ with a side of the best views of the city. Located on the 23rd floor of the Hilton Manchester Deansgate, the menu includes all three food groups: eggs, bellinis and bacon. For drinks, choose from gin and tonics, bloody marys, mimosas and more.

All that said, these brunches aren’t quite an unmitigated free for all of food and booze. You can’t, unfortunately, camp out these restaurants all day. Reservations run in two sittings from 12 to 2pm and 2:30 to 4pm at Zozimus.

Diners can book online for a spot at Breakfast in the Clouds at Cloud 23. The promotion lasts from 9am to noon on Saturdays and Sundays.
