At least it is for Bottomley Distillers. The Lincolnshire-based distillery have just announced a brand new addition to sit alongside their original gin. Strawberry infused Pin Gin is about to become your fruit garnish’s new best friend.
With its deep reddish colour that appears lighter in the glass, this gin looks ready to dive into. Serve with a Fever-Tree Elderflower tonic water to give a floral dimension to the strawberry or even just over ice.
We reckon this could be the perfect addition to any gin picnic or garden party alike.
Alternatively, there’s always Pin Gin’s summer serve for those who prefer floral gin with their fruit. Notes of black pepper, cucumber, rose and lavender combine to create a deliciously sumptuous tipple.
Just pour 50ml of Pin Gin into a balloon glass with fresh strawberries and a squeeze of a fresh lime. Then top up with a premium tonic.
In the meantime, no word yet on when this new strawberry serve will arrive but it’s likely to be around the £30-35 mark.
We just can’t wait.
