If you’re still experiencing bank holiday fever, then you might be interested to know that JD Wetherspoons has the perfect celebration drink.
With not just one bank holiday coming up, but TWO (cheers Harry and Meghan) we implore you to check into your local prompto.
The Wetherspoons cocktail lounge menu includes a glorious Ginberry Fizz cocktail. That is a pink gin cocktail with Chambord Black Raspberry Liqueur, lemonade, lime and plenty of ice.
In case you missed it, we previously highlighted just how lovely pink gin and Chambord is. If you love raspberry gin, then Chambord liqueur is a superb way of complimenting your gin with just a touch.
In classic Wetherspoons menu style, this cocktail is indicated to contain 123 calories and can even be ordered as a Pimms-style pitcher.
The cocktail is part of the pub chain’s summer offerings, that also includes a ‘Tuity Fruity’ combination of Archers peach schnapps, blue Curaçao, orange juice, lemonade and lime.
You can, of course, still order the classic pitcher of Pimms to share with your friends.
So far, it seems the new summer addition is going down rather well…
