When the weather warms up, there can be no finer drink than a rhubarb gin cocktail in hand. Particularly in summer months, rhubarb gin is the perfect go-to, a delicious nod to everybody’s favourite garden veg turned into something really special.
This cocktail’s particularly exceptional. Not only does it contain Edinburgh Gin’s popular Rhubarb and Ginger Liqueur but also Pickering’s Gin and lashings of cranberry and raspberry that will make you go gaga with delight.
Behold our very own Gin Kin cocktail, created especially for us by our good friend Dave from The Boozy Cow in Dundee. You won’t want to drink anything else, we guarantee.
What you need:
Pickering’s Gin 35ml
Lemon juice 25ml
Raspberry gomme 15ml
Add ingredients to a shaker and give a hard shake
Single strain over ice in tanker
Garnish with a raspberry
