For every flavoured gin there’s a flavoured tonic and Franklin & Sons have well and truly risen to the occasion. Introducing four new tonic waters, as part of a new ‘Epicurean Collection’.
The brand have taken our favourite flavours and combined them together to create fabulous tonic water sensations.
Elderflower & Cucumber, Rhubarb & Hisbiscus, Pink Grapefruit and Hibiscus, and Rosemary and Black Olive have arrived and they’re the perfect addition to your next G&T.
The range is said to satisfy a desire from both bartenders and consumers to experiment with flavour, and also tap into current low-abv and cocktail trends.
Recently, the tonic mavericks also teamed up with Portobello Road Gin to tap into another key summer trend: portable ready-to-mix G&Ts.
Of course, both gin and tonic water is becoming ever more experimental with many distilleries rising to the challenge of pushing boundaries and creating unique tastes.
Franklin & Sons’ new Epicurean Collection does just this. The range opens up new flavours not only to pair with gin, but also with a breadth of other spirits.

For the true taste of the Mediterranean, we see Rosemary & Black Olive paired with something along the lines of Gin Mare, while Pink Grapefruit & Bergamot and Elderflower & Cucumber is your next companion to a London Dry gin.
Rhubarb & Hibiscus matches perfectly with a deliciously spiced gin.
You could even pair the Rosemary & Black Olive with a sweet vermouth for the true taste of summer drinks on the Amalfi Coast in Italy.
The collection will be officially unveiled at Imbibe Live next week. Stay tuned for pricing and stockist information.
