Frequently cited as being an “award-winning” budget gin, the London Dry is a zesty gin, with a little spice. The original is perfect for your tonic or cocktail alike; however, it also now comes as a pink version.
Featuring notes of ripe squashed strawberries, redcurrants, raspberries, violets and plums, you can drink it neat over ice or with Prosecco and lemonade.
However, if you’re feeling far more adventurous, there’s always creating your very own Pink Gin Martini.
This cocktail takes pink gin and wine to new heights. It may look fancy but it’s actually pretty easy to create.
- 60ml Oliver Cromwell Pink Gin
- 10ml Sauvignon Blanc
- 1 Grapefruit
- Add 60ml of Oliver Cromwell Pink Gin, 10ml of Sauvignon Blanc and a squeeze of grapefruit to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well.
- Pour into a glass and garnish with grapefruit zest.
Oliver Cromwell Pink Gin will be available in Aldi stores and online on October 1.
