It wasn’t long ago when Roku Gin was the first Japanese gin to be made available in the UK market making waves in terms of the quality of Japanese gin.
However, there has been a fairly recent entrant to the UK gin market, and although its producers or origin is not japanese, Kuro Gin is all about premium japanese-inspired gins.
After a trip to the japanese Alps in early 2017, founders Craig and John were determined to produce the juniper based spirit capturing perfectly the essence of their trip through the complex arrangement of 12 botanicals.
Recently, Kuro gin has launched a new range of flavoured gin apart from their award-winning London Dry gin.
The range comprises two new flavours:
A pink Cherry Blossom gin (raise your hands for pink gin), which combines the sweet taste of cherry and blossom balanced perfectly with juniper.
The Soft Peach version combines fruity flavours that balance delicate, sweet peach with floral juniper making it a very fresh and moreish tipple.
The design of Kuro Gin bottles is outstanding and has been distinguished with awards including the prestigious Gold Outstanding at the IWSC Awards this year.
