To taste the Boë Spiced Orange Gin Liqueur could be described having a good balance of cinnamon and juniper while the tangy marmalade helps to ease off the spice.
Handmade in small batches with award winning Boë Scottish Gin, this could go wonderfully with tonic, soda or lemonade. Not to mention that it would be excellent in cocktails, with Champagne or simply over ice.
Speaking of cocktails Boë gins were kind enough to suggest a recipe for what looks like a delicious Spiced Orange French Martini.
25ml Boë Spiced Orange Gin Liqueur
25ml of amaretto
75ml pineapple juice
Simply add all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker – shake and strain into a martini glass. Top with dehydrated orange and a sprinkle of grated nutmeg for an extra special twist!
