Sloe Gin Negroni

Ingredients

  • 15 ml dry gin
  • 15 ml sloe gin
  • 30 ml sweet vermouth
  • 30 ml campari
  • Orange peel

Method

Stir all of the ingredients together in an ice filled jar and strain over an ice-block in a chilled rocks glass. Garnish with a fresh orange peel.

  • 30 ml apricot brandy
  • 30 ml sloe gin
  • 30 ml lime juice (fresh)
  • Lime peel

Method

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and combine all the liquids. Shake well and then strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Use the lime peel for garnish.

  • Apple juice
  • Water
  • Orange peel (garnish)

  • 3 cardamon pods
  • 30 ml sloe gin

Method

Combine the apple juice, water, orange peel and spices into a pan and simmer for 20 minutes. Then carefully pour the ingredients into a glass and add sloe gin. Stir a couple of times to make sure that all of the ingredients are mixed through and then add your garnish.

  • 1 tsp cranberry juice
  • 1 rosemary sprig (garnish)

Method

Combine all ingredients to an ice-filled shaker and shake well until it becomes very cold. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with the rosemary sprig.

  • 45 ml Sipsmith Sloe gin
  • 30 ml dry gin
  • 20 ml sweet vermouth
  • 3 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 1 orange twist

Method

Add the first four ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with orange twist.

  • 20 ml sloe gin
  • 20 ml lemon juice (fresh)
  • 5 ml simple syrup
  • a few mint leaves (garnish)

Method

Add the mint, rum, sloe gin, lemon juice and simply syrup into a shaker. Shake well and then strain into a glass. Serve with a mint sprig for garnish.
