The trend for boozy desserts is nowhere near stopping as it continues this year with a brand new flavour of popsicle that’s made to be enjoyed under the sun.
Before you let suspicions get to you, you’ll be happy to know that there is indeed alcohol in this (albeit in a small doses) of 1.5% of Gordon’s Dry London Gin.
POPS has definitely branched out in its range to include Prosecco and Peach Bellini, Watermelon Martini, Frosé and Pimms, as well as fruity, no-alcohol popsicles.
If you’re feeling crafty feel free to re-create lollies from the comfort of your own home following our recipe of the mojito’s ginny cousin. Make these using a combination of mint, lime, gin and sugar syrup.
The gin and lime flavour popsicles are already on sale at Tesco so if you’d like to grab a pack for yourself they retail for £3 (2 x 280 ml).
