With a portfolio of over 140 gins, this bar is sure to satisfy every visitor’s cravings. However with only 24 seats you’re advised to make a booking before arriving to avoid any disappointment.
40 St Pauls offers an intimate, relaxed and exclusive environment for gin lovers to enjoy great gins with homemade tonics while having a good time in its beautiful surroundings.
There are also Gin tastings that you can experience with a loved one or your group of friends.
Start with a whirlwind tour of the history of gin, and then attend a tutored tasting of ten different gins (with Fevertree Tonic) that explore the breadth of flavour available in the gin market.
If you’d like to book a gin tasting they start at £32.50 per person, and go up to £250 per person. Duration is three hours and for groups of eight people minimum.

These are all our favourite things in one. This features the expert pairing of five gins with award winning cheeses and hand made chocolate truffles.
Gin, cheese and chocolate is £30 per person and takes two hours for a minimum of eight people.
