A New Irish Pink Gin Has Just Dropped in Time for Summer

Rosie's Garden Gin

Northern Irish gin makers Shortcross have annouced a new arrival after a secret nine month project.

The new member of the the Shortcross family is Rosie’s Garden Gin and her birthday was World Gin Day! Too perfect.

Inspiration for the new gin certainly began at home. Named after Shortcross co-founder Fiona’s mother, the gin is also inspired by the company’s home Rademon Estate.

Inside the estate is Rosie’s Walled Garden and in the garden grows an abundance of fruits. You can start to see how this gin was conceived.

Shortcross have used wild raspberries and strawberries from within the garden and infused them lavender and camomile.

The result is a very pink gin. The first of its kind in the Shortcross range.

Other gins in the range include, Shortcross Gin Cask Finish Aged, Shortcross Gin Bartender, and Shortcross Gin.

Rosie's Garden Gin

New kid on the block Rosie’s Garden Gin is bursting with Northern Irish botanicals. And it’s sugar free (which means guilt free!)

Shortcross recommend serving over ice with tonic water and garnish with a frozen strawberry and sprig of mint. Sounds like summer to us.

We can think of plenty perfect summer gin cocktails we would like combine with this new gin.

Rosie’s Garden Gin is not yet available to buy online. It’s available to pick up from selected off-licenses including The Vineyard and Tesco.
