This Blackwater Tanora Tangerine Gin Will Make Your G&T Ooze Citrus Goodness

Nothing says summer quite like a citrus gin and this Tanora Tangerine Gin seems made to be enjoyed under the sun on a tropical beach.

This “tangerine citrus bomb” is launched by one of Ireland’s most innovative micro-distilleries Blackwater Distillery.

With a gin portfolio made up of their Wexford Strawberry Gin, Juniper Cask Gin, Boyle’s Gin and now Tangerine Gin, Blackwater does not fail to impress.

Citrus seems to be the flavour of the season if the popularity of recent releases from Beefeater, Sipsmith and Tanqueray are to be believed and we are not complaining.

After an unreal reaction to our teaser last week, we are thrilled to officially announce the launch of our latest creation: ‘Tanora’ Tangerine Gin. Fittingly, it will be unleashed in the city of Cork tonight where #Tanora has such a cult like status. We obviously love a bit of nostalgia here at our distillery but most importantly we love making great tasting gin and we can’t wait for you to taste this tangerine citrus bomb 🍊 It will be appearing exclusively in @supervalu_irl from the end of this week and into select bars from the weekend. So if you can’t find it on the shelf, make yourself heard & ask your nearest outlet to get stocking this summer’s tangerine dream. #TanoraGin #blackwatergin #blackwaterdistillery #tangerine #cork #waterford #tanora #ginstagram #instagin #ginlove #gin

The Tanora Tangerine Gin features a classic juniper profile, ginger and a whole load of fresh tangerines to create a perfect citrus G&T.

“We decided to take a trip down nostalgia lane and create a delicious tangerine gin, working closely with the fine people of Tanora, a cork brand that is part of the furniture on the rebel county”, the gin makers said launching the new product.

If you’d like to pick up a bottle you will find it exclusively in Supervalu stores in Ireland. Although this is not available in the UK currently, we’re hoping that it will grace our supermarkets’ shelves in the near future.
