Last month Slug and Lettuce kicked off summer by offering pink gin cocktail trees across their bars for a Summer Spritz Party.
Now a restaurant in Scotland is aiming to go one better by creating tasty frozen gin trees.
Inverurie-based Fennel Restaurant offers the delicious-looking cocktail tree, which serves nine people.
Each cocktail contains Porter’s Gin, Edinburgh Raspberry Gin, muddled lemon, lemonade, fresh raspberries and ice.
The raspberry-based frozen gin cocktails look incredible but if you can’t make it to the restaurant you can make your own frozen raspberry gin slush in three simple steps.
The frozen gin tree costs £45 and is available at Fennel Restaurant, 10 Burn Lane, Inverurie, AB51 4UZ. Check their website for more details.
