Ginking is a relatively new brand which mixes sparkling wine with gin to create a hybrid gin and fizz beverage.
The original Ginking bottle launched about 12 months ago and since then the brand have released Rosé and Mediterranean versions of the drink.
Now Ginking is adding another variant to its collection of gin and wine infused drinks.
Ginking Botanica Italia is an infusion of fruity Italian white wine and London Dry Gin. It’s described as “bursting with angostura bark and gentian root botanicals commonly used in vermouth”.
Gin and prosecco cocktails are always the answer to a celebration and Ginking have made it even easier to celebrate with their range now totalling four different bottles.
To get your hands on one of these bottles, you’ll have to make a trip to your local Morrisons as the supermarket has an exclusive agreement to sell the gin and fizz tipple.
Founder and winemaker, John Worontschak said: “Ginking is about combining wine and London Dry Gin with appropriate botanicals to create original, delicious and refreshing drinks.
Consumers are increasingly looking for interesting, convenient and refreshing drinks. Add the fact that it’s 100% natural and low in alcohol, and we believe that we have something truly special.”
Ginking Botanica Italia is priced at £10 and available in-store at Morrison’s.
