Described as the Chuckling Cheese Company‘s craziest cheese flavour yet, this tonic cheddar cheese is like no other.
With nice sweet notes running through the cheddar, you can taste both the gin and tonic flavours coming through. The Botanist Gin & Tonic Cheddar Cheese is perfect to nibble alongside a G&T.
The Chuckling Cheese Company, which specialises in alternative flavoured cheeses and accompaniments, has set up at the centre this month after wowing shoppers in 2018.
A selection of cheese flavours are of offer, including mango, orange and whisky truckle and edible-coal infused cheddar.
Gin fans can also try out ‘The Botanist Gin’ and ‘Tonic Cheddar’ which includes juniper berries for a gin kick, at the kiosk which is based on the lower mall near Neon Sheep.
Alongside cheese, the pop-up will also sell chutneys, chilli jams, pickled onions and pork scratchings along with sweet treats such as fudge bars and giant meringues.
Robert Pickersgill, marketing manager at intu Merry Hill, said: ‘The Chuckling Cheese Company went down a storm last year at the centre so we’re hoping its return will be sure to put a smile on the faces of our shoppers.”
The Botanist Gin & Tonic Cheddar Cheese comes as a 190g Truckle and is suitable for vegetarians.
