Apple Pie Gin Cocktail
- 30ml Edinburgh Gin’s Rhubarb and Ginger Gin Liqueur
- 60ml apple juice
- 15ml cream
- Dash of ground cinnamon
- Combine all ingredients in a shaker and shake to combine.
- Pour over ice and garnish with a slice of apple.
