Grapefruit juice always seems to pop up in examples of healthy eating, so if there’s a chance to get on trend and add some gin into the mix, we’re all for it.
Luckily for us then that Australian gin makers Cape Byron Distillery, who make Brookies Dry Gin, have made a gin and grapefruit juice cocktail – and it’s one of the prettiest glasses of gin we’ve seen in a long time.
This citrus-heavy cocktail is called a High Tea Hemmingway and has both grapefruit and lemon juice included. It also has a strong floral element both in the taste via chamomile syrup and in the beautiful garnish.
We just hope you don’t feel too guilty about drinking this one considering how good it looks!
