- 25ml Hendrick’s Gin
- 25ml lemon
- 10ml vanilla syrup
- 10ml egg white
- 25ml strawberry syrup
- Prosecco to top
- Rim a flute glass with hundreds & thousands
- Add strawberry syrup to glass
- Shake and strain with spoon to layer on top of syrup
- Layer Prosecco on top
- Serve with a candy straw
