Rosé Wine and Gin Combine in a Summertime Match Made in Heaven

If you just can’t decide between a good rosé and your favourite gin cocktail, then why not simply combine the two?

This summertime serve combines Isle of Bute Gorse Gin’s delicate coconut and vanilla aroma with the tastes of rosé, elderflower and lychee.

Gorse Collins

Ingredients:

  • 25ml Isle of Bute Gorse Gin
  • 20ml Kwai Feh Lychee Liqueur
  • 50ml Rosé wine
  • 25ml Lemon juice
  • 20ml Elderflower cordial
  • Soda

Method:

  1. Add all ingredients apart from soda to a highball with crushed ice, churn and top up with crushed ice and soda.
