Edinburgh Gin is celebrating the launch of its new Elderflower & Gooseberry Gin by teaming up with top Edinburgh bakery, Mimi’s Bakehouse.
The collaboration sees the creation of an Afternoon G&Tea delivery service which will bring the twin delights of gin and baked goods straight to your door.
With lockdown restrictions gradually easing, this will be a welcome treat for those want to venture out and enjoy a summer picnic in the park.
From Friday 26 June, for four weekends, residents of Glasgow and Edinburgh will be able to order an exclusive Afternoon G&Tea from Mimi’s Bakehouse, which includes a 70cl bottle of Edinburgh Gin’s new Elderflower & Gooseberry expression.

Included in the delivery are six mini traybakes, two mini elderflower cupcakes and two freshly baked plain scones, with Rodda’s Cornish clotted cream – plus homemade gooseberry jam to match the gin.
Michelle Phillips, owner of Mimi’s Bakehouse, said: “We are delighted to partner with Edinburgh Gin, another well-loved company with origins in Edinburgh, to bring people a delicious and memorable experience.
“We have had a lot of fun developing bespoke baking to pair with Edinburgh Gin’s latest offering – including elderflower cupcakes and homemade gooseberry jam.”
Priced at £50 the Afternoon G&T is available to order from the Mimi’s Bakehouse website.
