A Little Bit of Background

Co-founded by husband and wife team Tom and Tina Warner, Warner’s create a range of quality gin with botanicals grown and handpicked from Falls Farms in Harrington.

Warner’s is often regarded as a brand name in gin, but the distillery acts like a craft distiller, lovingly creating beautiful artisan spirits in small batches where every bottle is numbered and handcrafted, from the filling to the wax seal to the label finishing.

Botanicals

  • Lemon balm
  • Lemon verbena
  • Lemon thyme
  • Lemon peel
  • Bee pollen
  • Juniper

The Bottle

Warner's Lemon Balm Gin
Warner’s

Warner’s Lemon Balm Gin is bottled in a strong and study green glass bottle that feels like true quality in the hand.

Picturesque illustrations of the distillery’s location feature across the design, while handmade touches including the name of the distiller makes this gin feel special before you’ve even sampled the contents.

The Gin

On the Nose

Bright and fragrant, there’s that expected burst of lemon balm wonderfully balanced with the juniper that gives the gin a fresh and zesty scent on the nose.

Straight

Often gin lovers head straight for the mixer and miss out on the true nuance of the gin’s botanicals. Warner’s Lemon Balm Gin is just one example of where tasting the gin straight on the palate pays off and reveals a wonderful layer of taste.

Bring it to the front of your mouth to experience just how wonderfully herbaceous this gin is.

With Mixer

With a premium tonic water, Lemon Balm Gin tastes particularly bright and citrussy in a glass, complemented by the flavour in the herbaceous notes.

Warner’s suggest pairing Lemon Balm with a Mediterranean tonic and garnishing with your favourite herb which could help to bring even more depth to those wonderful herbaceous notes, particularly if you prefer your gin to be herbal in taste over citrus.

Lasting Impressions
