If you’re considering a little garden or balcony tipple in the sunshine may we suggest you try a Watermelon Gin Slushie – a cocktail as refreshing and exciting as it sounds.
Brought to you by The Gin to My Tonic, this recipe has freshness in the form of watermelon chunks (which gives the delightful deep pink colour) and sweetness from lime juice and a pinch of sugar.
Watermelon Gin has juniper at the fore, accompanied by a touch of citrus sweetness, and a vibrant and refreshing Watermelon finish – perfect for use in a summer gin slushie.
