For those who were enchanted by last year’s snow globe gin liqueur from Marks & Spencer, prepare to fall in love all over again as the popular product has once again landed in stores.
A festive customer favourite that sold out on numerous occasions, the original snow globe gin featured sparkly 23-carat edible gold flakes and a festive clementine flavour bottled with simple red labelling.
This year, the high street brand has announced that shoppers will still be able to get their hands on the clementine globe, but there will be an additional rhubarb flavour.
Both globes are stated to cost £18 and will feature a brand new look that lights up. Redesigned for 2020, the gin liqueurs include an illustrative festive scene on the bottle that includes a woodland and city design.
Once shaken, the flakes in the liqueur swirl around the light-up bottle imitating snow falling.
The gin liqueurs can make a eye-catching festive ornament for the mantlepiece or even a unique Christmas gift idea but if you’re looking to drink the contents instead, Marks and Spencer recommend serving on the rocks, with tonic or with Conte Priule or Prosecco.
Currently, the snow gin globes are only available in-store but the retailer has indicated the product will be available online in due course.
