With summer days becoming autumn nights, you may be in search of a tipple with a little added spice. Enter: the Rhubarb & Ginger Spritz that’s just about the right balance of glamour and simplicity.

To make up an easy gin and Prosecco cocktail, simply combine Mr Hobbs Rhubarb & Ginger Gin Liqueur with the fizz, but for real added bite and to truly be on-trend, opt to add ginger ale.

Method:

  1. Pop 35ml of the liqueur into a champagne flute and simply fill with Prosecco and ginger ale, if desired.
  2. To garnish, add a large slice of ginger partially divided and sandwiching the rim of the glass.
